Life in London

We wish you to have positive experience during your studies at LLF, combined with exciting day and half day visits in and around London. The city is multi-cultural as well as traditional; with a mixture of Londoners (workers in the city, residents, visitors and holiday makers).
During the day there are street markets to visit and free entry to a number of museums and galleries. There is an excellent evening social life that includes, clubs and bars for students 18 years and over. The theatres of London are world famous and welcome all age groups.

Limehouse Lock and Docklands

LLF is located at Limehouse lock which is attached to the Marina that offers anchorage for yachts, sailing vessels and house boats.

The area was part of the original Industrial Revolution with docks, factories and warehouses. Some of the buildings survived destruction and others have been re-developed into luxury apartments with views of the river, Canary Wharf and the City of London.

The area is attracting new businesses and restaurants and is in easy reach of London City airport, the Olympic Park in Stratford, The Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the City.
